KK Peprah helps customers work through roofing-sheet choices for new homes, renovations, shops, offices, commercial properties and warehouses. You do not need to know every technical term before contacting us. Begin with the building you are planning and the details you already have.

1. Start with your building and roof design

Think about whether the project is a home, extension, shop, office or warehouse. Roof shape, pitch, spans, drainage and intersecting sections affect what products and accessories are suitable. A qualified building or structural professional should confirm design and load requirements.

2. Choose the roof appearance you prefer

KK Peprah can help you compare IBR, MSR Self-Lock, 3D MSR Self-Lock Smooth Printed Design and Euro Tile roofing. IBR has a ribbed profile; Self-Lock has interlocking panels; 3D MSR Self-Lock has a smooth printed design; Euro Tile has a formed tile-inspired shape. Explore the product pages and tell us which styles you prefer.

3. Consider material, thickness and finish

Compare aluminium and Aluzinc only after confirming the actual material and coating. Thickness options such as nominal 0.40mm, 0.45mm and 0.50mm may be available depending on product; availability and measurement basis must be confirmed. Check whether the quoted thickness refers to base metal or total coated sheet. The profile, supports, fasteners and installation all affect the roof system, so thickness alone does not tell the whole story.

4. Pick a colour that suits the building

KK Peprah offers a variety of roofing sheet colours. Think about the exterior walls, windows, surroundings and overall design, then ask which colours are currently available for your selected profile and finish. Printed 3D patterns and Euro Tile profiles create different appearances, so compare the actual product style as well as the colour.

5. Estimate quantities and the complete budget

The building floor area alone cannot determine the number of sheets. Roof pitch, overhangs, sections, sheet coverage, length, overlaps, cutting and accessories all matter. Budget for ridge caps, flashing, fasteners, gutters, trusses or purlins where required, transport and installation if these are in scope. Compare complete quotations rather than price per sheet alone.

6. You can start without completed drawings

If you have a roof plan, measurements, photographs or contractor specification, share them with KK Peprah. If you do not have drawings or measurements, tell us where the building is located and what stage construction has reached. A site visit can be discussed and arranged where appropriate so measurements can be taken and an estimate prepared. Final quantities and structural details may need confirmation by the relevant professional.

Your KK Peprah enquiry checklist

Share the building location, building type, preferred profile and colour, any available dimensions or plans, whether you need trusses and accessories, delivery timing and the scope you want quoted. It is fine if some details are not yet known—we can help identify what information is needed next.
